Ubisoft is one of the world's largest videogame companies. This ad was part of a campaign that ran at E3, the industry's biggest expo. The intent was to highlight Ubisoft's best asset: the passionate creativity of its people. Our idea was simple: from an early age, everyone at Ubisoft was destined to make great videogames.

Derek was always a bit different. While his friends were roasting ants with a magnifying glass, he was hacking NORAD's launch codes. And when you're creating a realistic military shooter chock-full of outrageous technology, that's the kind of cojones you want on your team. Welcome to the squad, Derek.
